Hi everyone, Does anyone know of a procedure to ammend a judgement. I spoke with the Attorney of record on one and she told me she would not participate in a motion to vacate as that would basically allow me to collect my money back. However she did mention something about doing an amendment that should remove it from the court system as far as a judgement documentation is concerned. I am curious as to what she may be referring to. Any ideas???
i know every body has these theories about removing a judgment, but have you tried just disputing it? it has worked for me. i started in oct with three judgment on all three reports. now: tu none exp: 2 (one reported wrong... basis for lawsuit) equ: 2 (recently verified but will verify again)
