When does CreditExpert Update?

    My CreditExpert Account is still showing the week of 10-17 March. It's now the 25th. When do these guys update?

    Or, am I just not seeing the button on the screen that says "Recalculate Now" or something like that?

    Do you mean Privista?

    Privista updates around 1pm Central on Mondays from what I have noticed.

    BTW, mine has not updated yet today. I would assume within the hour however.

    Hey, wait a minute......

    Shouldn't these guys have updated last week?
    It says week of 10-17 Mar, shouldn't it say 18-24 Mar?

    If anybody's Privista Account updates today, would you please post that fact here/

    Hello Dancer,

    Nope. When it updates today (which mine STILL has not) it will report 18-24. What they are trying to say is that it covers any changes that happen between the 18th and the 24th and shows up in your ID GUARD. The report they give you Monday is current as of Monday.

    As for the update today, it's never been this late except for one time when they where having issues. It should be today. When I talked to them a month ago , I believe they stated they update by 3pm (don't remember which time zone) but usually it's updated by the time I get back from lunch.

    Yep, that explains it alright. I should have thought that through myself. Thanks for straightening me out.

    Mine hasn't updated yet either (1610 CST), so I guess it'll be 3PM Pacific Time.

    It just updated. No change in score. $@##@! Still at 594.

    I was just about to post that :)

    No change for me either :(

    Equifax received a UDF to remove a pd chargeoff from my orig creditor 3 mos ago and again 3 wks ago, I was hoping to see it gone today, still there. Time to get tough.......

    Pat, you can call the original creditor and ask them to fax you a copy of the UDF with their subscriber codes blocked out, and/or a letter. You can then turn around and fax it to EQ. If you wait for them...it may never get updated. (

    Thanks.... You gave me that advice before and I took it. I haven't received the UDF yet, I should have had them Fax it, instead of mail it, wasn't thinking.

    Also, I assumed that the chgoff wasn't gone yet because my Privista score didn't change. When I finally went to look at the notification I had, I saw Account Closed.

    WoooHooo!!! It's finally gone :)

    And I just went back into Privista, now my score is updated to 699. One point away from the all around 700 club!!!!
