"Customer unable to locate Consumer" Is this a violation or some sort? Creditor has been reporting this, but sending correspondance to collect for months and years? Isn't this a false reporting? I think it's a label that they try to use to keep derog continues??? Maybe i'm wrong. I saw a nother post with this subject and wanted to chime in and get a broader perspective??
Re: "Customer unable to locate Consumer" Hubby had the same problem with his repo, I sent a threatening letter basically saying, you've sent letters, *I've* sent letters, yet you report this! I told them to remove the whole thing or we'll be in court!
