    Killer,

This can be critical to me as well.. I have a collection with RMA that's reported on my Experian file only.. I am in Texas.

I thought RMA primarily used EQ only since they are affiliated with them? Charlie

RMA at one time reported on all 3 of my CR's. One simple dispute resulted in deletion for TU and EX. However, EQ verified. I've tried nutcase and pfb to the original creditor. Neither worked. Now I'm thinking about using the "not bonded" issue. OK I'm going to call sos and make sure they're still aren't bonded. Hold on...i'll be right back.

DARNIT! They have a bond now or the sos made a mistake a month ago. I called 463-6906. I checked all my CA's from head to toe via sos and comptroller's sites. I found one case of not bonded, two no charters, and two not paying taxes. Now tell me who is the deadbeat?
