I recently thought that this was a piece of cake??? sended a goodwill letter to GMAC got a letter saying they could not verify, not on file... Sended to all 3 CRA's 1 remove it completly(EXP) the other two changed to paid/never late... Geee I was Happy/ piece of cake. Included in this round of verification was another paid account w/some 90's, 60's and 30's that also were removed from all 3's CRA. This was about a 1.5 month ago. Last week a sended EquiSUX to update my NAME, today I got my report with my name corrected but guess what?? this two items were reinserted w/negatives on... I'm about to go POSTAL on this people... Can't wait for monday and really give it to them (Postal just mean an expression).... Any other opinions???? Thanks
Almost the same thing with me... old debts from 8 months ago came back with the old last reporting dates years ago still showing.... You're going to call or Write? So much for the 5 day insertion notice from them right... Strike 1
I wouldn't call....Do everything in writing and either CCRR or fax and keep the transmission sheet. Charlie
