OK. First - calm down. Next, from the Cal. secretary of state site: Agent for Service of Process THE PRENTICE-HA LL CORPORATION SYSTEM, INC. 2730 GATEWAY OAKS DR., SUITE 100 SACRAMENTO, CA 95833 Next, just type your complaint out on a separate piece of paper and attach it to the small claims form as the complaint. On the small claims form where it gives you space to type your complaint, just put, "see attachment". Very simple.

I see you got that agent by putting equifax under corp? but it says status is surrendered, you sure it is still good? secondly,my small claims advisor said i can't attach a separate sheet..I already asked.. think a generic one sentence statement would be sufficient ie.. PLAINTIFF'S CLAIM Defendant owes me the sum of: $ 2500.00 , not including court costs, because (describe claim and date): 3/01-4/02,multiple violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. which resulted in damages to me. and thanks for your help!

I just lised Experian, Equifax and CrossCountry Bank's registered agents at proselitigant a couple of days ago. Double check, but I believe the following info is correct Equifax: Kent E Mast, Registered Agent 1550 Peachtree St. NW Atlanta, GA 30309 To have them served, call the Atlanta Sheriff's Deparment and ask for their Civil Division. Ask them what their fee is to provide service...ask if they take a personal check or money order...and if they need more than one copy of the summons and complaint. Be sure to get their mailing address. The correct name should be Equifax Credit Information Services, Inc. Hope this helps! L
