They have two of my accounts highlighted in blue as being in dispute. However, when I go to check the status of investigation it says that I have no items in dispute. I'm not exactly sure what this means. Previously when I disputed and clicked to check the status it would say pending or updated..something. Anyway, just wondering if any of you have also had this problem...

I don't know this for sure and am probably wrong, but unless you have the dispute number, I don't see how you can check a dispute online. If you submit the dispute online then you would have that, but if you do it CRRR, then you wouldn't have one and so it wouldn't show up? I haven't been able to follow any of my disputes done offline.

Well, there goes that theory...lol. Mindcrime, don't you dispute a lot online? How do you check your disputes?

    Yes I do whyspers.

    cfand,

I just pulled up a report that I currently have two items in dispute on, and when I checked the "check the status of investigation" screen it only listed one. However, when I went to "request investigation" it showed both items in dispute. Apparently it's not just you having that glitch.

EX may be having some technical difficulties.
