PO repsonse: "We attempted to deliver your item on April 04, 2002 in XXXX and a notice was left. It can be redelivered or picked up at the post office. If the item is unclaimed, it will be returned to the sender. Status is updated every evening. Please check again later." It hasn't come back yet (validation request) so do I wait for it to come back or send another one via FedEx? Or maybe just push the CRA for a deletion?
Did you get the address from the listing provided by CRA? If so, that response from the USPS is perfect!! It PROVES you tried to request validation from the CA at address provided by the CRA and were unable to. In fact DON'T open that envelope so you can prove its unchanged contents. Send estopple to CA CRRR wait for response or same response from USPS...then file suit. -Peace, Dave
I had a situation where that happened to me. I sent a validation letter, crrr and it was " undeliverable". I used the address given to me by the cra. i then sent the cra a copy of the envelope (marked undeliverable) and asked them to delete since they could not validate the debt. It was deleted!
Yep, I used the address on their initial letter. The PO response is from the USPS web tracking system. I'm going to give it until Wednesday and then I'm going to call the PO and ask when they will return it to me.
