    Can someone help me w/that?

I'm looking for a Confidentiality Clause to use in my settlement letter so they can't come back and ask for the money or sale the debt later for the rest of the money.

    PLEASE HELP!!!!

I think that "CLAUSE" means you can't tell what you got out of them (example they deleted the trade line and I got $1,500)...I don't think it is for preventing the selling the balance of the debt...

    I'm not an expert...

Martysgirl, I think what you want is a Mutual Release and Settlement Agreement. You are releasing them from the claims set forth in your lawsuit and all those other standard things that are normally listed, and they are releasing you to the same extent.
