    Been there, done that...

    http://www.millcbs.com/search.asp

    ...and found that the info is OUTDATED or inaccurate.

    I'm about to take EFX to court and I'd like one more "data point" regarding damages (denial of credit)...

    I live in California and need the most RECENT info on which creditor pulls from EFX exclusively.

    Here's some info that I am using...
    RNB/Target Visa pulls EXP and EFX. With my scores listed below, I got declined.

    AMEX for sure will pull Eq. if you are in CA.

    Discover pulls both EX and EQ, but they have always pulled Experian for me. Lessee....Walmart, American Express come to mind as well.

    Thanks folks.

    I'm trying to narrow my search to those creditors who pull EFX (and/or TU) ONLY.

    My EXP is relatively decent, and I'm not planning on taking them to court...yet.

    Some corrections that have to be made at this site....because I found out the HARD WAY...(only listing the ones that need correction)

    X = Experian
    E = Equifax
    T = TU

    Creditor......CreditMania......My REALITY

    Truth of the matter is we have no reliable source other than our posts, ya think?

    Yep. Millcbs is hopelessly outdated and missing critical info. Time and geography are crucial. The CC's seem to rotate through the CRA's over time. And they pull differently depending on your location.

    So, Ted, I can tell you that I'm in CA and AMEX pulled Eq for me last month. Unfortunately, everyone else seems to be checking EX if you live in CA, although I have had a smattering of TU inquiries including Generations, Chase, and MBNA over the last few months.

    Juniper pulled Equifax for hubby, they seem pretty hard to get so it might be worth a try. (We are in WI).

    Thanks a million, Laurie.

    I just applied with Juniper and got turned down because of "Insuffient credit history" (verbatim).

    I hope this is a result of EFX putting a "lock" on my credit report due to my pending lawsuit...not even EFX CSRs can access my report.

    If so, EFX is in BIG trouble...I may want to amend my lawsuit to include this denial of service (won't allow access to ScorePower either) that caused DAMAGES.

    I don't know if this helps, but I opened my EQ file and this is a list of soft inquiries that don't show up on Experian.

    Bank of America
    Chevron USA
    First Premier Bank
    Hamilton Capital

    Awesome Ted, I'm glad I could help! Even with no reason they probably would have denied. My husband had a 785 FICO and they denied him for too few accounts with sufficient history, or some nonsense. One account is over 7 years old! How much history do they need!

    Good luck and keep us updated!
