When you receive updated credit reports and you still have items to dispute or validate do you use the original credit report number or the updated credit report number?

I never use that report number...well rarely and only if it has to do with that particular issue. To my way of thinking...they probably give the dispute to a person to work. If something else comes in with that report number...the same person likely will get it again. I would prefer to broaden my chances by getting someone new each time...lol. Probably fanciful thinking on my part, but hey...I'm superstitious.

Ok to verify what you said....so do not use the new or old...kinda confused which you were referencing.

From my experience, either reference number worked. I've been using the same ref # for quite some time now and it continually shows my updated report.
