My court date with Experian is set for May 21. I know i had posted about this lawsuit, but i kept postponing, really thinking that they were gonna get the point. I have been on travel for the past month for work, which made it harder to do the final paperwork. Then I got some letter from consumer affairs, in response to my "intent" letter, stating that according to their records, the information is correct and they will reinvestigate if i submit more documents..... Are they crazy... for the record, they items are a judgment which is paid, that they are reporting as unpaid and a student loan that they are reporting with a wage garnishment that is not a wage garnishment ( I have documentation from all parties in regards to these items) I will be working on my settlement letter this weekend, but please offer any hints you have. I would really like cash and deletions, because I know I am right.
Did an attorney file their answer for them? If so, I would call them and discuss settlement with them directly. Good luck to you! L
