    Hey guys,
Our friends at NCO are leaving me wondering. Why haven't I received my return receipt? If they haven't received my letter, why hasn't it been sent back to me. What is up with this? I sent my validation letter to:
    1740 Walton Road
    Blue Bell, Pa 19422-2306

    What should I do now?

    see ya

I'm in the same boat. Except I sent my signature confirmation so I could track it on the web. The post office allows up to 21 days before they will return your letter to you unsigned/undeliverable. Just be sure not to open the letter up or alter it in anyway. It's proof for down the road when you're sueing them and you can show the judge you made every attempt possible to remedy the situation, and they went so far as to not even sign your letter.

Looks like its time for the next letter . Print on the envelope: "Payment Enclosed" or some such varity .

.... OR if you don't mind spending a few more dollars, send the estoppel letter via FedEx or UPS.

If you send through USPS again, you really shouldn't write "payment enclosed" because they may (although most likely not) use that against you somehow, while if you write: Attn Payment center or Attn: accounts receivable, you're not fibbing about what's in the envelope :)

    mincrime2 or anyone else,
Are you suggesting I send the estopel eventhough there is no proof they received the validation request? If I wait for 21 days to pass can I assume they have received it? What good will sending the estopel letter in this case? Would it help to try another address? Thanks much

NO not use payment Enlosed.....Use ATTN: Payment Center or Accts Recievable. If you use payment enclosed it could be considered mail fraud.

The post office has a yellow card that is similar to the green one that they will send to the destination post office for verification of delivery. You need to take your certified receipt for proof. Charlie

    gilliner,

Yes that is exactly what I am suggesting. Why? Because its their (the CA's) responsibility to accept your mail, you see, they know what a consumer is sending them when it comes CRRR, and that's why they don't want to sign for it.
What I meant about the up to 21 days thing is the post office should eventually return the letter you sent to them (the validation letter) undeliverable. So no you won't be assuming they received it because you'll be getting it back (because they won't sign for it). That undeliverable letter is your proof (for court) that you attempted to resolve the issue with the CA, however they were unwilling to cooperate.

Trying another address may help. But as I said, sending through courier would be a sure thing, though more costly.

1* because this way they can break the law and nothing can be done about it.
MIL sent them two separate CRRR at the same time back in Janurary.Never got either card or letter back.Since she sent the letters Nco has racked up 23000 dollars in violations but she can't collect because of no cards. Why would they want to pay $23,000.00 for the letters???

2*You won't have any luck at this address either!MIL sent A second letter to Nco.using the address you list hear.
Mailed it 4-24 came back today as undeliverable.

3*Fortunately she skunked them and sent 3 more copies of the letter to three other addresses. She got the green cards from 2 of those addressed today also, which gives her double proof they got her letter!
If you woyld like other address she used post here and let me know!

CAs are giving false addresses. The only ones you can be sure of is the payment address.Send it there.

Keep waiting...I sent my NCO validation to that exact address and it took 30 days (almost exactly) to get the green card...then it took another 30 days before I got the response. They sent a letter to me promising deletion. Total time - 60 days.

You FRAUDULENTLY made them accept the CRR letter with "PAYMENT ENCLOSED"...so they sue you because you did NOT have a "PAYMENT ENCLOSED"...judge says..."WHAT WAS IN THE LETTER THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A PAYMENT???

A VALIDATION LETTER ASKING FOR PROOF OF DEBT...

    Case dismissed...are you counter suing???
