I just checked equifax and I have gone from 590 to 628! Not sure why, am checking previous report and current report to see what changed. Creditexpert.com went from 635 to 634. I know why that decrease. The company that I am going to court with, has again verified this account, without validation, even though they ignore requests and then updated the amount owed with the CRA. I am really wanting to buy a home soon and was hoping for a raise in scores. Quick question about buying a home.....should I use a buyer's agent? Have seen that advertised and wondering if I should use them?
