Where does it say that we're entitled to $1000 per CA infraction?

Should I itemize this in a letter to them or just bring it up in court?

Moneyhoney, it doesn't say per infraction...it says per action, although we *try* to get per infraction...lol. Sometimes it flies and sometimes it doesn't.

I'm really not sure what my next step should be now.

I guess I'll just send a final letter demanding that if they can't validate they remove the negative.

I would add an "OR Else" clause.

Eg: Or Else you going to court for :
    1) violated section 623 of the FCRA, cause you are a bad bad CA.
    2) violated section "any number" for being ooky and messing up my sex life.
    3) for making me mad when things were going good.
    4) almost making me spend my money on you when I could've had spent it on a better TV
