I just got off the phone with Heartland Home Finance. With a FICO score of 640 or higher you can qualify for their prime rate 6.875%. That is for a 30 year fixed . They only pull from TU. Got Exp score of 640 but TU is 595. Hope with all these disputes I can get TU to 640. I talked to Bill and he answered all my questions right down to which cra they pulled from.
I thought so too. They also will refinance a home you already have as long as you have had it for about six months. Anyone who has just recently got a home loan at say 7 or 8% I would give them a call. I went to www.mortgagemag.com I believe. If that is not it I saved it under favorites and will look up 800 number for them.
that sounds good. my tu score is not near that, but i have owned my home for three years at a horrendous interest rate, My tu should be looking good soon. this gives me an option.
Hey, we are at a terrible intrest rate, and my TU is 678..This sound really good, could you please pass on the 800 number, I tried to pull up on the web page, but kept getting error. Thanks, Roni

could this really be true? will heartland really give a loan for just one credit report pull? just transunion? if so, then we are in like flynn our last score was 636 with t/u and i just got two deletions recently - so our score should be higher who has had success in this???? this seems too good to be true peace, jimrie
I called the Atlanta office, they get a tri-merged report Lieutenant, the 800# number you posted earlier is for an office in Ohio. I wonder if they will make me go through my local office if I want to apply? I will call the 800# when they open and ask. Its a possibility that each office pulls a report from the CRA closest to them.
www.heartlandfinance.com/locations.asp ask for bill that is who I talked to and tell him your situation. I came right out and asked him if they pull from all three cra's and then take the middle score and he said no that they only pull from TU. That is the office in Ohio but there are sevceral states they service. North Carolina, Rhode Island, West Virginia etc... He said a Fico of 640 would get me a prime rate.
Hey I just read the FAQ questions in the link listed above. It even says that if you dont know your credit score to call TU and even gives you their number. Either this info is true or the website is misleading and Bill lied.
dang i went to that posted link, and they don't have an office here in south carolina you think that would be a problem? do these places give loans in other states or is that a really stupid question? peace, jimrie
