I love PlanetFeedback alot but I know that not all companies respond to PlanetFeedback letters. What has your experience been...which card companies do respond and which don't? For my part I know I've gotten a response from Fleet on one of my letters. I haven't tried my other card companies (MBNA and Amex) because I'm not sure whether they respond. I'd be grateful if you'd share your experience in this matter!
Citi and Olive Garden responded to me.. Juniper did not, McD's did not (sent the letter via snail mail also - no response), Discover did not. Oh, Providian did but it was a waste of time and energy since they were unable to offer me anything 'at this time'. Ozzy.
Responded: Citibank, Providian, BoA, Wendys, Popeye's chicken (mmmm), Cap One Didn't: 3 CRA's, my electric company, Household bank, Chrysler Financial, Honda Finance (Acura)
CITI BANK responed .. due the nature of your question please call us... MBNA.. responed by phone.. but sorry we don't have any BT deals for you on your 23,500 credit line ... at this time and we never offer any until paid transfers.. only for 4 to 6 months at a time. Chase responded.. by email.. sorry we have no balance transfers for you on your 8500 credit card account, please contact us again later. Sprint PCS.. responded by phone.. but said I was wrong..I should have called them EVERY TIME my cell phone went down or would not dial out from my home.. said something stupid like.. its a cell phone.. you shouldn't need to use it from home.. ..
