Are the Associates Visa cards going to change to Citibank Visa cards or are they going to stay as Associates Visa? I know that the AT&T Universal cards are also owned by Citibank. Does the Associates Visa card currently have online access? I am asking because my uncle filed bankruptcy back in 1997 and included his Citibank Visa card so he is in the Citibank blacklist. The Washington Mutual Visa secured cards are issued by Associates/Citibank and on the requirements it says you can be approved even if you have a bankruptcy but it has to be discharged. Would my uncle have a good chance of getting approved even if he is in the Citibank blacklist ? His bankruptcy was discharged. He is just trying to get in the door at Citibank thru Associates/Washington Mutual secured visa. Any comments on the Washington Mutual Visa secured card would be very helpful.

MP$40, You had the Washington Mutual secured visa card a while back. What can you tell me about it? Thank's for any feedback.

Doesn't hurt to try: If he's on the blacklist, they wouldn't pull a report, and there would be no INQ.

That is good to know. If he applies and gets rejected at least he won't get an inquiry. Thank's Saar for the info.
