Creditexpert Question

    I recently purchased my credit report and score online from Equifax.

    I decided a few days later to sign up for Creditexpert; when I try to do so I receive a response that they can access my credit profile but not my score.

    Does anyone know why this may occur? Obviously they can access my score as it was provided on the initial purchase.

    If you don't have a credit history older than, I think six months, they will not be able to access a score. That's the only thing I know of but I'm sure others will know more.

    Its much older than 6 months. Anyone else have any idea?
