ANYONE WHO WANTS A COPY OF THE SPEARS/BRENNAN APPEAL CASE FOR THEIR RECORDS, PLEASE EMAIL ME AND I WILL BE HAPPY TO FORWARD THE FILE TO YOU.

THE CASE GOES OVER THE FACT THAT EVEN IF A CONSUMER OWES A DEBT IT DOESN'T DISQUALIFY THE DEBTOR FROM SUING THE DEBTEE FOR BREAKING THE LAW IN THEIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES.

I REALLY WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE THIS BECAUSE I, "MYSELF" WOULD LIKE YOUR OPINIONS AFTER YOU HAVE READ AND STUDIED THE APPEAL.

WITH MANY OF US GOING TO COURT AND HAVING TO "EDUCATE" OUR JUDGES CONCERNING THESE CONSUMER LAWS THAT WE ARE SUING UNDER, IT IS ONLY IN OUR BEST INTERESTS TO NETWORK AND HELP EDUCATE ONE ANOTHER REGARDING OUR OWN UNDERSTANDINGS AND RESEARCH.

    GO GET'M!!!

Keller, Thanks for the case. I really like Lizardking's idea about putting some sort of law section on creditnet. I think since a lot of people are suing it would be great to have a LAW section. Thanks again and good luck. Charlie

I think it would be great and "much needed". It sure would save a lot of time for a lot of people if they could research everything at one place. It would the PERFECT resource!!

    PBM, NAVE, LIZARDKING, ETC.

    ANY TAKERS??

If we could get a couple of people to be "in charge" of OVERSEEING it, I think that we could make it easy enough for them as far as providing the resource materials.

    ANYONE? ANYONE?
