I called the local branch of Experian(The Credit Bureau, Inc) yesterday, whom I have always had no choice but to go through, and got a very disgruntled worker who told me in no uncertain terms that they had been shut down and "The people in TX" can take care of me from now on. Good ridance to bad rubbish! Maybe now I can get something accomplished besides having everything I dispute come back duplicated.

    Dear Anna,

Please give us more detailed information on your post. What did the disgruntled worker say? and What do you mean TX shut them down?

    Please explain.

    :)

All she said (in a VERY nasty voice) was that their office had been shut down, there was nothing they could do for me, and to call the people in TX, it was their problem now. Sorry, that's all I know!

    Anna,

I'm a fellow Pittsburgher too. This could mean the best thing to happen in da 'Burgh since Lemieux saved our beloved penguins.
