    Applied for cc on today. What are the requirements for the card and what is the quality of customer service?

    When my friend applied for a loan thru Generations, they pulled Trans Union. She had no derogs but she only had a 577 score. She didn't have that many positive on her credit report, and they told her she needed at least a 640 score.

    how could someone have a 577 FICO with no derogs

    I have a friend that has 2 derogs, no positives (tried to get acc's updated or modified) on TU and she has a 497. Charlie

    One other question. Does Generations count student loans against you. I have two current student loans, never late, balance $8000.
