I need fax #'s for the following companies legal departments if anyone has the info: First USA Bank 800 Brooks Edge Blvd PO Box 5114 Westerville OH 43081 National Magazine Exchange 13787 Belcher Road S Largo, FL 33771 Canadian Imperial Bank Commerce Court Toronto Ontario MSL 1A2 Harris Direct Harborside Financial Center 501 Plaza II Jersey City NJ 07311 First Premiere Bank 900 W Delaware PO Box 5114 Sioux Falls, SD 57117 Newport News 711 3rd Street New York, NY 10017 Better Living Products 6603 W Century Blvd Los Angeles CA 90045 These companies have all pulled hard inquiries on my credit report without a permissable purpose, that is for a credit transaction or emploment. I am sending the a letter for damages of $1000 as per FCRA and FTC and deletion of the inquiry. I never applied for employment or credit with any of these companies.

Re: First USA Fax Thanks, Ted. Charlie it would be easier, however it will definately be more expensive and the probably will just ignore the first letter. I was hoping to fax the first letter and then send the second demand by crrr for more effect.
