Return to Sender

    My CRRR said "return to sender" this is from the C/A. There is no way the CRA is able to verify this info, Correct? The CRA is still reporting this information are they in violation??

    send cra a letter saying that you attempted to verify this debt with a copy of the returned envelope and ask them to immediatley delete the account.

    If you are going for violations, you could ask them for Procedures used to verify the account and then nick them with this info in a lawsuit.
