Ok, What are these jokers trying to pull here? I joined the free 30 day trial of Equifax on May 4, and I checked my report every day for almost a month. Then, about a week and a half ago, I started getting this error that says "unable to process at this time" "experiencing heavy volume" etc...I have not been able to get another report since. I called EQ a few days ago and the lady I spoke to told me "yes, I put your information in, and it happened to me to. I will have to let my supervisor see this and then we will send you an email when it is fixed. We are sorry for the inconvenience". I took her word for it. It still isn't fixed and nothing has changed. I sent them an emal on the 3rd to cancel the free trial, and have not heard anything about it. HOW DO YOU CANCEL THAT THING ANYWAY?? I have a dispute out right now with CSC Credit services over an account that I have threatened to sue over. Could this be the reason they are blocking me out? They can't do that. I have heard others say they are having problems also, and some have been talking about additional files?? What is going on here. I need to get a copy of my credit report and I need to know how to get them to quit stonewalling on this....
