Doc, I checked Lexis, but our contract only allows us to pull from New York and Federal cases without paying extra (like $75 a search!). It must be a state case. Do you have the full citation? I also agree that there are a lot of things posted that aren't true and I'm afraid that one of these days, someone will file a lawsuit based on something said and end up having to pay the other party's attorney fees. Please, please, please research your own situations and don't rely on everything you read here. There's TONS of good info here and I think this is by far the best credit site out there, but you have to use some common sense. L

I have to agree with you whyspers, there is some bad info here, and a lot of things that haven't been tried. Nobody here is trying to make a buck off of it either though. The information I've received from this board has cost me nothing. Thanks to all who are willing to share your knowledge and experiences. Gib
