EVERYBODY SAY HEY... "hey" EVERYBODY SAY HO... "ho" HEY, HEY... "hey, hey" HO, HO... "ho, ho" CREDITNET... "creditnet" HO... "ho" Just a little "Creditnet Ho" cheer to celebrate my one-year anniversary on Creditnet. I've not only thoroughly enjoyed everyone here, but my credit rating benefitted beyond all anticipation during the past 12 months. My wife and I won final approval for a substantial mortgage last week at 6.5%, which will save me untold thousands of dollars over what I would have had to do had I not come across Creditnet. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. Again, I would like to send out personal thanks and greets especially to: pbm (no, I'm not him, lol), Lizardking, marci, Marie, breeze, Bill Bauer (formerly bbauer on this board who deserves a plug here for his site -- CreditWrench.com), Lexington Law Firm (who helped me greatly at the start -- thanks Jayson), and ... the Knox County General Sessions Court. I realize these people are now bored with that mantra, but the excitement and gratitude I feel still hasn't worn off. There are other wonderful friends here from whom I have learned much (LKH, Christi, KHM, momof3, NanaC, DaveLV, Nave, dogman, Sam, George, Saar, and so many others -- I realize I'm in trouble now for leaving someone out in my fury to quickly write this note -- please know that all my Creditnet friends are important to me so sorry for the horrible oversight). I'm looking forward to continuing my enjoyment of this board and hopefully to helping others in the way that I have been helped. Doc
Congratulations!!! I read the subject and I thought "who is Psychdoc talking about? Psugirl?" LOL Then I read your post. Then I was like, oh credit net ho cheer, not "ho".
OOH, betacredit, I'm glad she's not around anymore because she would have chewed you a new butt. No question about it. Come to think of it, I kind of miss that, LOL. That said, I'm going out of town to a professional conference today but will return late Thursday night. Can I survive without Creditnet for the next 36 hours? Time will tell the tale. Bye (until Friday). Doc
Great to have you here Doc. I haven't been on the board a very long time, but I have spoke a few times and you have been very helpful, cheerful, and a true gentleman. Thanks

(to the theme of Cleveland Rocks, Drew Carey Show) Psych Doc Rocks! Psych Doc Rocks! Happy Anniversary!!!!!!
Doc, nothing wrong with being a "creditnet ho" as long as your're the best at it. And you are. You're da bomb! (boom!!!)
doc, that line really cracked me up. well, anyway, this diva salutes the "creditnet ho" for all the help and assistance... and laughs.
I nominate for the official textbook of this thread; "Be A Ho! - How To Make $150 an Hour Lyin' on Yo Back" Written By Velvet Jones (AKA Eddie Murphy), published by The Velvet Jones Institute of Technology. BTW, Congrats on the mortgage from over here too Doc. I hope I equal your success next month when it's my turn.
