Every time I think my credit report is almost accurate, they move something and mess it up. We are in the process of buying a house and every time Experian keeps screwing with my credit report. Then it takes them 30 days to dispute it again. Usually it stays ok for a month and then back to something often worse than what I had before. I have 2 accounts both included in BK. One updates every other month after a dispute to charge off with 162.00 balance. The other one moves around sometimes even to paid/never late. Now they have notated it to charge off/sold and reaged it to DOLA of 5/2002. It shows that it will stay in my report until 2012. They have cost me another month of renting because of the dispute time. When I told them I was going to sue them they didn't care. Kim
