I'm soooo excited. I got a preapproved offer from AMEX for Blue and just got it! 0% for 6 months, 7.99% LOB and then Fixed 9.99%.... I can hardly contain myself! It's so pretty too!

Congratulations!!!! This may be a dumb question - but it's been a long time since I "did" credit cards. When I got into trouble years ago - I completely stopped using credit cards. My motto was, "if I can't afford it outright - I don't buy it." (well other than a car). I NOW have found out that is NOT a smart attitude. Live and learn. Back to Amex: What is the difference between Amex Green and Blue? Is it that with Amex Green you have to pay the whole balance - and Blue is like a regular credit card? Congrats ob Blue. Yes blue is a revolving credit line like most CC's. The green card is a pay as you go, until you sign up for sign and travel. Then most purchases (over $300) can be financed longer term.
