Signed wife up for Creditwatch last night, and her credit score had only 2 reasons why it wasn't higher instead of the 4 I've seen previously...is everyone getting this?

The explanations aren't nearly as long or as helpful as they used to be either.

I wish I would get more than one good. It keeps telling me that I have no late payments which raises my score. Duh! What about everything else good about my credit report? Why doesn't any of that count...lol?

I always have a long list of the negative aspects and ALL of them have to do with credit utilization...lol. Think they are trying to tell me something?

My CW gives three reasons for good and one for bad.

Thanks for the feedback all--must be a net of 4, including good and bad (she had 2 bad also.)

I recall that awhile back, when ordering a report, you'd get the top 4 reasons it wasn't better, in order of importance. That was much more helpful information (assuiming it was at all accurate.)

I've got 2 good and 2 bad. The explanations on the main page are not as good, but if you look at the links at the top you'll see a link that says Top Negative Factors. Clicking there will get you a lot more information.

How do I sign up for creditwatch? Is it a good tool in trying to bring up your credit score?

What gives with the prices? My free trial is up and I received an e-mail that they will charge me $49.95 for the service if I wish to continue. I'm not complaining, but the prices seem to fluctuate often. Wasn't it discussed before that Equifax was offering this product for $20 or $25?

    "Top Negative Factors

Because your FICO score is exceptionally high, there are no actionable negative factors present with your score. Continue to manage your credit as you currently are doing to maintain your very high FICO score."

HA HA HA..man have i got them fooled...how can i be a perfect citizen now when i was a worthless FICO scumbo just a year ago..

i really did attack each reason code one by one..lates no problem dispute mode on..high balances no problem pay em off..inquiries no problem wait em out (only 12 months on EQ)....chargeoff no problem even that ages off with time :)
