For people that have used Don Richman at Trans Union for help, how long does it generally take to here back from him?
Same here. He replied in an hour to my e-mail but just stated it was forwarded to the "consumer realtions group" or something like that. I'm sure the delete key was struck after he received my message.
Same for me, he responded right away. With his *help* I was able to get about 5 items deleted. We emailed back and forth for about 2 weeks. Once he actually replied on a Saturday!(Guess he uses a laptop)
Thanks everyone. Mr. Richman got back with me today. Took care of my problem, I'm very pleased. I had contacted him because Trans Union had deleted one of the few positive items I have! Last month I noticed an open credit card account "closed", so I disputed as "not closed", and they deleted. All is well, thank goodness.
Great, last month they stated my Kohl's account was closed and this month I disputed as "open". I hope they don't delete it.
kosman, That's the problem with TU. Don't dispute a positive tradeline for any thing. Their policy is IF there is any discrepency they will delete the whole tradeline. Will someone post his email for me? Thanks in advance for your help. Charlie
I don't know how his name and email got out, as I asked the people I gave it to to keep it to themselves, so at this point it doesn't matter. His email is drichman@transunion.com
why doesn't TU just delete neg. inaccurate tradelines then.... soup ====================== This is just too easy. They only take actions that lower scores!
No luck for me either. GEORGE posted a valid statement . . "IT IS ALWAYS ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS... Some get NOTHING... some get all THEY WANTED... Some get MORE THAN THEY WANTED... "
