Re: Experian I couldn't get it to work a few minutes ago which is why I came here to see if there's a problem. I was worried too that it was just me. Sounds like enough people are having this problem so the system must be down. And CreditExpert NEVER e-mailed me w/ file changes. I just learned not to expect any updates from them.
I think it's still down/ I tried to see my report and it says it's systems are still down but I was able to check on the items I was investigating through Experian's site. Capital One came back verified Hockeymom
It's still down here at 8:00 a.m. Pacific. I'm still within my 30 day trial - so I wrote a nice, but firm email to customer service. I asked them what they would do for me IF I considered buying it after this. No word yet on that end. Mommy2cats
i am waiting for it to come up because i need to register - right now it will redirect you to the phone and you know how long that takes... they sent me a promotion for $59.95 with a 30 day trial period! $20 is a good saving. i will be on as soon as it comes up.
Not working yet! Been trying since friday when I received a notice of investigation results. Can't get through there or on credit expert subscription! Will thhey fax results or credit reports?
Just tried opening my Credit Expert file and it now has a message indicating that the system is not working due to enhancements done over the week end. Hockeymom
I just tried AGAIN (LOL) and I don't even get the link to try to get the credit report. I wonder what they are up to!

works for me I've been getting denied since Friday, and got denied a few times this morning. As of 12:15PM CST, it works for me.
