I was just approved for a gm card with a limit of $4k! I can't describe how excited I am. I just applied online and got the ol "we are processing your application". I figured I was doomed. I immediately called in, and was told I had been approved. Now I can halt my inquiry fest and return to normal life. At least I've been successful with CSC/Equifax removing inquiries, guess I'll go for another round. Now only if I could get Experian or TU to budge. Background - I just recently had my Equifax score jump from 657 to 730 after being added onto a 9 year old FUSA Card with a $12k limit as an AU. I applied on Monday for a card from my bank, Fifth Third, and was denied.
