Well, as you may recall (or may not as the case may be) I started my journey around October 16, 2001 or so with 18 delinquencies showing on Equifax, 12 delinquencies showing on Experian and 11 on TransUnion. Today, two lawsuits in US District Court against one OC (settled), one CA (settled), one CRA (ongoing) and eight months later, I have ZERO delinquencies on any of my reports Yup...that last account updated and the late pays were deleted!!!!!! I am SO excited!!!!! Its done! My scores aren't great right now as my ratios are really bad and I've opened a ton of new accounts in the past three months and closed several others. I'm hoping it will stabilize over the next month or two and I'll hit the 700 club. BUT...its a heck of a lot easier to pay down credit cards than it is to deal with bad credit Thank you all who contribute to this board L
