It's about DAMN time. I've been looking for a discussion board from these jokers since I joined CN. Lets ALL start asking what OTHER industry specific discussion boards there are and post the reults here. Now we can spy ON THEM! ~ Great Job
Let's everybody take it easy. I tried to register and it wouldn't allow me because "there is no company of that name in our data base". I'll try agin.
That's what I been doing...reading...there are some knowledgable people there. Some big agencies. just sit back and take notes!!

Did you not see this: I praised you in a roundabout way...... BTW, leave the dumptruck if you are going home.
I agree, "This Board is being Watched part II". "Return of, The Son of, This Board is Being Watched II". Peace, Dave
I liked the skip tracing thread....contained some websites they use. Great site, thanks for pointing it out!
Hawaii requires that your agency be physically located in Hawaii, be licensed and put up a $25,000 bond. They are beginning to actively prosecute violators! You cannot call Hawaii debtors unless you are located in Hawaii. More info from the site
Great site.. i was just reading this about how CA go about reporting to CRA's For that volume it is probably not worth arranging for electronic reporting...you need to contact Experian (888) EXPERIAN and ask them to send you a "Universal Data Form" along with instructions on completing the form and where they would like it mailed. You complete information on the form pertaining to when the account was opened, the current payment status of the account, and its balance and mail the form to Experian and Equifax who will add it to the customer's Credit Bureau Report. You should take caution that once you begin reporting to consumer's credit bureau's you become accountable under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Make sure you understand the act and your responsibilities under it. Consulting a collection attorney to draft your company policies for credit reporting would be a wise investment. what a hoot
