Can someone please point me to this letter. I would really appreciate it. <edit> Opps that is supposed to say Payment for deletion!

Re: Payment for deletion letter ? There is one part that I do not understand on this letter. It is here. If you agree to the above, please acknowledge with your signature and return a copy to me. Upon receipt of this signed acknowledgment, I will promptly send you a money order or cashiers check in the amount stated above. Notice: This agreement is restricted. This is not a renewed promise to pay but rather a restricted settlement offer only. By not signing below, you agree that the debt has not been renewed nor has any concrete written agreements been exchanged. First I am asking them to sign and then I am saying to not sign?
Re: Payment for deletion letter ? That is to make sure that they do not construe this as affirmation of the debt without accepting the terms of the offer. That's my interpretation.
Re: Payment for deletion letter ? I just think that it is confusing. I think that I will just change it to say Notice: This agreement is restricted. This is not a renewed promise to pay but rather a restricted settlement offer only. By signing below, you agree that the debt has not been renewed nor have any concrete written agreements been exchanged.
