They're driving me nuts. Pretty scary that these same IT geniuses are the ones who supposedly have accurate electronic files on all of us. (I know I just fed into a new diatribe by lbrown, but what the hey, it's Monday!)
I was able to log in and get my report about 5 minutes ago, but strange thing is the spelled my last name wrong (took the first letter of my last name off...) ?? I don't know what's going on with them.
Still down At least I went up one point because an inquiry dropped off. EQ bumped me up 6 points today b/c of a 2 year old IQ dropped off.
I can log in to CE, but when I go to retrieve my CR, I keep getting this message: "Either there was no activity for an extended period of time or you do not have an active session and the page has expired. Please return to the Consumer Center Welcome Page to initiate a new session." Since I just logged in, it can hardly be correct. Wierd.
Quixote, that will happen when your browser is set to limit cookies in any way. To everyone else, I signed on to Credit expert with no problem today, and I got my usual monthly MASSIVE ONE POINT SCORE INCREASE.
I am able to log on to the credit expert home page without any problems whatsoever. However, when I try to pull my CR it says (everytime, in exact words): "We're sorry. We experienced a system problem and we are unable to provide your personal credit report for online viewing at this time. You may want to try again later." Is someone else seeing this?
