My girlfriend filed small claims suits against the big 3 cra's, following lizardking's tactics. Have copies of numerous letters sent to creditors, letters to the CRA's, green cards, etc. Sent them a settlement offer for deletion and a copy of Cushman vs. TransUnion case (all 40+ pages) along with the papers that were finally served last Thursday. Haven't heard anything from them yet. Will keep you posted. What was it that someone mentioned about finding job openings for "$7/hour" clerks they use to verify disputes on Monster.com? Kelly
