Greets all, I'm trying to get a working number for the tele-sales department at MBNA. It's my understanding that they can convert a revolving line of credit account (Gold Reserve?) into a credit card product. I got in on the Apple LOC back in January and never used it so I was interested in converting it to a CC and doing a balance transfer for their intro period. I'd already converted from a Gold Option to a Gold Reserve, I just never transferred that into a CC. I did a search and came up with two numbers and both are no longer in service. If anyone can direct me to the right department it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Marci, Neither number works anymore. I already tried those two (1-800-862-0910 and 1-800-852-4139). You simply receive a message stating that it's 'no longer in service MBNA number'. Just thought that someone may have an updated number since then. Oh... and I already converted the account to revolving (back in early April). I just need to complete the last step (convert to CC).
ohnostuck, The listing that you gave me worked great! They transferred me 2 times but they changed my account without hesitation. The rep even read all the terms over the phone to me. I applied with them online about 3-4 weeks ago. Haven't heard anything at all from them in response. Maybe they lost the application - has anyone else had similar problems? -Cliff
