   I was just wondering if anyone has had any luck in the removal of FCNC tradelines or chargeoff. If so, what approach did you use. I've just sent a nutcase letter, will this work?

   i disputed my old spiegal account with the cra's and it was removed. it was from 1996 with dola of 1998. it was an unpaid chargeoff. it recently reappeared on equifax and will be included in that lawsuit. but it is off tu and exp.
