Re: Court 7/9 9am, against OC and C Congrats Kiyi, 11)Lawyer calls his first witness, the person explains the itemized statement. I said according to this letter by ftc. This itemized statement isn't a fact I owe a debt, its just a piece of paper printed with random numbers. Lawyer has caselaw to back up his motion that it does matter. (he won that round) Then the court accepted the printout as proof. This is NOT cool. What cases did the Atty cite? Kiyi, how much was the original debt and then how much when they added fees etc.?

I could be mistaken as the court that he said with prejudice, I am not mistaken as he said they can't refile against me. The lawyer heard it also. No rain on this parade. Reason why I said was without prejudice is cause I typed faster then I think. Plus I don't know how you are in court my its mentally draining. I didn't win nor lose.
