I spoke with Experian this afternoon about the following issue:

    - One of my major credit card accounts had recently been listed as 'NA' for Credit Limit but I had a balance on it. This turned my "available credit" literally upside down which inturn dropped my credit score. I asked her to fix this on "Credit Manager" and her response was that she would do it but if it was not there, that was probably better, as it would not hurt my score. She said it would take about 30 days to fix. Why???

What is this person talking about?? It would help my "credit available" column...

    Just expressing my frustration.

Wow...she agreed to fix it? I want to talk to her...lol. Unfortunately she doesn't appear to know what she is talking about. At one time, I had 5 Cap One cards (before I combined them) and since they don't report credit limits, it looked like I was maxed out no matter what my balance was or how much credit I had available.
