    Good Find!

I saw an association name in his bio, The National Association of Consumer Advocates, and ran a Google search on it. URL: http://www.naca.net/

I see from a search of this site that it's been discussed before, but I thought it worth putting out front anyway. Anyone looking for a local attorney who speaks our language (FCRA, FDCPA, etc.), this is the place to find one.

When I spoke to him, he mentioned he can get the secret service to work with him and even OBTAIN The original contracts (credit apps) for the fraud victims and get fingerprints on those apps to insure that the victims really did not FILL out the apps! and throw that back to the creditors face in court!

Is this true?? Any thoughts on this? Is the secret service really willing to go to that level?

I can honestly say I've recently talked with a very prominent Louisiana Appeals Court Judge and he highly recommended Mr. Szwack. highly ;)

His office is professional and they have a healthy distain for the tactics of ca's and cra's. They will work on contingency with a local atty and they're aggressive.

Mr. Szwack authored a series of information and templates that attys can buy and use as reference for lawsuits of this nature. He is very well respected in his field.

If you decide you need an atty, you might as well hire a BIG GUN :)

Go to www.law.com. Do their signup, and you can find a lawyer that specializes in creditors rights. Good site. Charlie

If you'll go to the link I pasted above (www.naca.org ) it will take you directly to a group of lawyers who specialize in consumer credit law. David Szwak is a member of NACA (Nat. Ass'n. of Consumer Advocates).

Thanks for the info. BTW, I clicked on your link and was direct to National Assoc of Campus Activities. Anyhow, I found it at www.naca.net. This is good to know since I've been somewhat working with one attorney here in CA and thankfully she is listed.

I think it's awsome that this guy stands up for the rights of consumers that have been trampled on by the system. But, does the US Secret service actually go around chasing down credit applications, and conducting finger print checks?????
