I just went online and fo some reason my available credit says $0 when it should be a lot more than that. I'm at work and I dont have my Citibank card with me, I need the phone number from the back of the card. It's the platinum select card if it matters
Hubby has the Jack Nicklaus Platinum Select so I don't know if this is the right number or not, but if it isn't they should be able to tranfer for you. It is 800 638-1520. Dani
Thanks guys! One of the hotels I stayed at had put an authorization (not the actual charge) through fro....drumroll please...... $3,594.30 The actual charge was $290, and it went thru on 7/18. It was saying I had $0 available credit when I should have had $3000, the rep on the phone said I needed to pay $594 if the authorization wasn't removed by 7/30/02. They gave me 7 whole days to pay that, and the only reason i found out was by checking online, I never got anything in the mail. So i called the hotel and they said "we would NEVER put on an authorization for that much" I told them to tell that to the CC company. But alas, it is now taken care of. When it rains it pours.
