Has anyone successfully used a goodwill letter to Sallie Mae? I have 2 isolated year old 90 day lates. Already disputed off EXP, but verified on EQ. What address should I send it to? Thanks, Mook

Should leave those wisdom teeth in. I wish I did, I can use all the wisdom I can get. I have had no response yet. Its been since friday. I called them asked who handles the credit stuff and they gave me a fax number. I sent it to the account manager but didn't put a specific name as I was in a hurry and couldnt get one. I dont know if it works or not.. I'll keep you posted.
When I spoke with Sallie mae they told me to send a fax to (800) 848-1949 ATTN: Credit Bureau Reporting Desk with your account number listed. I sent it about 6/17 and it was updated on Experian but not Equifax nor TU. When I called them today for a seperate issue, I inquired if they had recieved it. They had, however they have not responded nor sent me anything back. The CSR stated to refax a second request stating she said too. Will keep you posted on my results.
