Credit Score article on MSN

that article is pretty bad, containing enough truths and poor advice to confuse many people.

 

I read that article too, I was wondering about the CCCS thing also.

 

I was just about to post that article. CCCS is almost as bad as a BK, from what I understand. It shows up on your CR. CCCS are the good guys with the creditors, because they get the creditors THEIR money. Charlie

George has this right. We did a #7 BK and our credit is not the best but Ok. We have unsecured cards with OK rates etc.

But CCCS is death. In a way BK is liberation from an ugly situation most people never expected to happen.

 

CCCS is a scam being done on unsuspecting consumers who want to do the right thing, In reality it's a smoke screen put up by the creditors to make the consumer think an agency is working for them. Believe me it's the creditors who butter CCCS's bread.

Stay away from MSN and their advice and boards about credit. They're awful.

 

MSN's advice is a joke. CCCS is the worst idea ever. It's laughable.
