I just did a search on Millscbs using the [ALL | ALL | ALL] criteria, then copied/pasted that into an Excel spreadsheet, and then did a quick pivot table to generate this. Hey, This is great info. I have noticed that here in Louisiana, alot of creditors are starting to pull Transunion. Now I know why the suggestion was made by FatTony in an earlier post to update Millcbs.
That's interesting. My state uses EXP 100%, but my local CU used EQ. Either way, so far, both are pretty even. My tu is the best. Figures, huh?
No doubt, in some cases the sample size on which the percentages were generated is VERY small and the smaller it is, the less reliable the percentages are. Just one more reason to take a few minutes and CONTRIBUTE YOUR INFO TO MILLCBS.COM. DemPooches
Thanks for the shameless plug, Dem ... The accuracy of the site is 100% based on people adding their inquiries on a regular basis.
I heard people talking about it, but had no idea what it was. I'll go through my CR's tonight, and put in all my inquiries. Sounds like a great idea!!
I've also noticed that it varies by what region of the state you live. Our local CRA is connected to TU therefore, EVERYTHING within a certain radius goes through TU.
Hey, I just thought of something. Is it illegal to set up an address in one of these states that caters to the CRA that you have the best report with? ie. A mail drop service that forwards to your home address. I'm certainly not advocating anything illegal, I was just wondering if that is something that can be done legally?
Re: Most Popular CRAs State-by-Stat Is Oregon the only state not in that list? Does no one apply for credit in Oregon ?
