The first question may have been answered but I want to be sure. 1)If I file against a Ca do I file against the company using the registered agents address or just the company name and address or just the agent? 2)I also wish to file against the president of the company. Do I have to file a seperate lawsuit or can I sue UCB and the president at the same time. He handsigned a letter in violation of the cease/desist demand. 3)Even though I have never received a single letter from then they will be saying their record show they sent letters on xx dates. Is there a place to go to find a suit where the judge threw out that information because they had no proof.(I actually have not received anything from them).
I sued in Calif and used the name of the company and their agent for service. I'm not sure if there are provisions for naming John Does 1-??? in a small claims suit.
