Hello All, I have been trying to pull my TU from their website for the past 24 hours or so and keep getting the message "Error T01-System not Available" So, I tried calling them and instead of queueing my call, the automated system picked up and said "all operators are busy at the current time...please call later...Goodbye!" This has never happened before for me. Is anyone else having the same prob?
We haven't tried calling, but haven't been able to pull either of our TU reports online all day. DemPooches
Well at least I know it's not just me. I was afraid I was blacklisted by TU or something. Hopefully it will be back online soon!
I tried earlier today also and was unable. I thought the same thing! "Darn, they caught on and are locking me out!"
I tryed to get a report online yesterday and they would not let me have it online for no good reason. Something is going on there.
