I have tried to call CSC numerous times on Friday and again today. Their answering message ends up saying to call back and they hang up. They say that they are having high call volume. WTF!!! What is the lawsuit that was won for not being able to contact a CRA in a reasonable time frame? Besides writing down times to document call times, what would be allowable in court? Thanks Charlie

That has happened to me before & I found that they best time to reach them is between 4:00 - 5:00 pm. Were you calling 1-800-659-5979 ? Sister Girl
I have the same problem with them. I have submitted a BBB complaint and an FTC complaint. I can only hope that more people do so. I have noticed twice now that a CSR has connected *after* the recording that says to try again later. Now I always wait until it disconnects me before I hang up.
